Chapter 5 – Adding Objects

You’re not just limited to adding Static Meshes. One of the most powerful parts of rdBuildBuddy is the ability to add other types of actors – in particular, Blueprint actors. This means you can add other Blueprints that procedurally add objects too – rdBPtools is one example, it creates Blueprints from Actors with the ability to Randomize those actors.

It’s easy to add Objects, instead of specifying a StaticMesh in your Objects List, just choose a Class of the actor you want to create.
