rdPalettes Tutorial 2.2 – Keyboard Shortcuts

Keyboard shortcuts can make it as easy as using a keyboard combo to store and retrieve slot data. By default they’re set to ctrl+F1 -> F10 to set from the slot and shift+ctrl+F1 -> F10 to save to the slot.
It’s also possible to map these shortcuts to different slots – by default they’re 10-100 (10 interval) but can be anything between 10 -> 240.
The reason they typically have a 10 value increment is to try and keep the slots compatible with all skins. Keeping the main settings like foliage set painting or landscape sculpting with intervals allows for sub-tool like slots, like each of the foliage types being 11-19 etc for single mode painting or removing.
