Download the Landscape Material Blueprints from the links below. The project contains a demo scene using the Material Functions, Landscape Material Blueprint and Material Instance described in this tutorial.
It only contains placeholder textures and block-outs apart from that.

You can replace the placeholder textures with the actual textures from Megascans (listed in Step 2 of the tutorial) to get a good idea of what everything looks like and to experiment with the various DeTiling techniques.
